During my recent stay at Homewood Suites Dallas-Irving-Las Colinas for a corporate retreat, I found it to be a suitable choice for business travelers. The front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating, addressing minor issues with an air conditioning leak promptly by offering a complimentary night. While the problem suggests that corrective measures are overdue, their responsiveness was appreciated. The hotel's amenities cater well to business needs, with 400 square feet of conference space and a well-equipped business center, making remote work manageable from the comfort of my suite. The complimentary wired internet was reliable, crucial for maintaining productivity during my stay. Breakfast each morning was a welcomed convenience, especially for early risers. I did wish there were two waffle makers to accommodate guests efficiently, but it was a minor detail. While the hotel has room for improvement, it provides a solid base for work-related travel. With a bit more attention to maintenance and security, it could elevate the experience for business guests further.
